WHITNEY ARP

Whitney is a partner at Gorby Peters Law. She graduated magna cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law in 2016. While in law school, she was a member of the Georgia State University Law Review and was published twice. She was a student clerk to the Honorable Judge C. LaTain Kell, Sr. of Cobb County Superior Court, a student intern with the Court of Appeals of Georgia Clerk’s Office and Atlanta Legal Aid Society, and a participant in the HeLP Legal Services Clinic, where she advocated for disability benefits on behalf of underprivileged children.

She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association and received bar admissions from the Georgia State and Superior Courts, the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, and the United States District Courts in Northern and Middle Georgia Districts.

In all of her “spare” time, Whitney manages a large family-owned business in the North Georgia Mountains. With her business background, she has a practical understanding of the challenges that business owners face in today’s economic environment.
