Catherine Blackstock is a talented and experienced corporate/transactional attorney having particular skills in contract negotiation and drafting and preparation of organizational documents for businesses. She enjoys assisting Gorby Peters’ business clients with their respective operational needs. Additionally, Catherine has significant experience in federal government contracting law.
Before coming to Gorby Peters Law, Catherine was an attorney with an Atlanta area law firm where she successfully served the legal needs of the firm’s business clients, many of which were government contractors.
Over the course of Catherine’s legal career, she has effectively served as in-house counsel for various companies in Maryland and in the Atlanta area, including an electric utility company, a media company, and a credit/debit card processing company (merchant side). Catherine understands the nature of her business clients’ respective operations and successfully serves their respective legal needs.
In her spare time, Catherine enjoys spending time with her husband Karl and their three rescued dogs. Both Karl and Catherine enjoy their church and the outdoors and various athletic endeavors, such as hiking, cycling, swimming, and running.
