Tom Larkin
Government Contracts Specialist
A 20-year veteran of the United States Army, Tom Larkin has over 35 years experience in planning, executing, and administering government contracts totaling over $1-Billion as well as educating others on all aspects of government contracting. He has served as a buyer, contract administrator, and educator for the federal government. Tom also has extensive experience teaching and coaching private business owners on how to research, apply for and win government contracts, having most recently served as an educator for almost a decade with the prestigious Georgia Tech Procurement Assistance Center in Atlanta, Georgia.
