Q: Where are you located?

A:  We are located at 2 Ravinia Drive, Suite 1500, Atlanta, GA 30346

 

Q: How do I know if your firm can help me?

A: Call us at 404-239-1150. Our receptionist will answer the phone between 8:00am and 9:00pm Eastern Standard Time. One of our lawyers or paraprofessionals will call you back, usually within a few hours. There is no charge for the initial thirty (30) minute consultation.

 

Q:  What is the process for bringing in new clients?

A:  First, we will take some basic information before we go into the details of your matter. Lawyers have an ethical duty to avoid conflicts of interest. We will screen the case to avoid representing clients or potential clients who may have adverse legal or business issues. Until we advise you in writing that we are accepting your case, we do not represent you.

 

Q:  What are your billing arrangements?

A:  We will discuss the billing arrangements upfront and send you a confirming letter or email. Our rates vary depending on the experience of the lawyer or professional handling your case and the complexity of the matter.

 

Q:  Do you have other types of fee arrangements?

A:  Yes, our firm will perform work on a flat rate for certain types of matters and for personal injury or death cases we will work on a contingency fee basis. Again, we’ll put our arrangement in writing at the start of our relationship.

 

Q:  How often and how will you communicate with me?

A:  The method and frequency of communications will vary. Some of our clients prefer to meet or speak over the phone. In general, we try to update our clients on the status of their case every month. If you have a question, we want you to call us. We always assign more than one person to your case or matter.
